Nat\u00fcrlich hei\u00dfe ich Johannes Dackweiler, aber viele meiner Freunde nennen mich MEISTER JODA.<\/span><\/p>\n

Da geht wohl in der heutigen Zeit schneller \u00fcber die Lippen und jeder wei\u00df komischerweise wer gemeint ist.<\/span><\/p>\n

Kurzum habe ich mich auch schon daran gew\u00f6hnt und nehme das zum Anlass hier f\u00fcr euch mit meinem <\/span>magischen Baguette mehr vom mir und meiner Mission preiszugeben.<\/span><\/p>\n

Geboren, nahe des Bodensees und als Sohn einer gesegneten Familie mit 3 Kindern,\u00a0hatten wir das gro\u00dfe Gl\u00fcck eine wirklich sch\u00f6ne Kindheit erleben zu d\u00fcrfen.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Der Duft von k\u00f6stlichen Speisen ist wohl nicht nur in der Bodenseeregion ein unwiderstehliches\u00a0Ereignis jedes Menschen, wenn man f\u00fcr sich den Genuss als Passion entdeckt hat.\u00a0Das hat bei mir bis heute zentrale Bedeutung und f\u00fchrte dazu, dass ich nach absolvierter\u00a0Lehre als B\u00e4cker \u2013 Konditor zum Meister meines Faches wurde.\u00a0Die Ausbildung zum Koch war damals f\u00fcr mich eine absolute Notwendigkeit, denn alles geh\u00f6rt\u00a0f\u00fcr mich zusammen und erg\u00e4nzt sich.<\/span><\/p>\n

Trotz meiner bisherigen Expertisen unl\u00e4ngst zum Diplom-Brotsommelier gewachsen und bleibe\u00a0hungrig nach Wissen, als w\u00e4re ich noch in der Lehre, die mir einst die Welt er\u00f6ffnete.\u00a0Daher kann ich nur jedem raten, macht eine Lehre, denn das wird euch durchs Leben tragen und stets\u00a0ein Halteseil in st\u00fcrmischen Zeiten sein.<\/span><\/p>\n

Leben ist somit ein Prozess der st\u00e4ndigen Entwicklung, der auch kommuniziert werden darf, um als\u00a0Mensch entscheiden zu k\u00f6nnen, was meinen individuellen Grundlagen ein Mehrwert ist.<\/span><\/p>\n

Das w\u00fcrde automatisch maximale Auswirkungen auf die arbeitenden Menschen durch fehlende Wertsch\u00e4tzung beinhalten,\u00a0was wir als Zutat keinesfalls verwenden m\u00f6chten.<\/span><\/p>\n

Damit w\u00e4re dann auch der inhaltliche Verfall der zu erschaffenden Produkte eingeleitet, die in unserem Falle Lebensmittel darstellen,\u00a0welche hingegen bei ihrer Produktion durch uns Liebe erfahren und somit positive Energien beim Genuss transportieren.<\/span><\/p>\n

Und genau das ehren wir, weil uns Menschen ihre Gesundheit und Wohlbefinden anvertrauen, wenn sie genussvoll\u00a0verschmausen, was wir t\u00e4glich Liebevolles erzeugen.<\/span><\/p>\n

Als Familienvater, Ehemann, Innungsmeister und Handwerksb\u00e4cker trage ich hohe Verantwortung.<\/span><\/p>\n

Ist man noch jung, denkt man weniger dar\u00fcber nach, weil man glaubt, dass es gottgegeben sei.<\/span><\/p>\n

Doch das Leben lehrt einem den Weg zugehen, der stets mit dem ersten Schritt beginnt,\u00a0oder wie ich gerne sage, mit dem ersten Biss ins Bio-Br\u00f6tchen.<\/span><\/p>\n

Achtsamkeit erzeugt Widerstandskraft, weil auch wir nicht jeden Tag goldene Brezeln backen.<\/span><\/p>\n

Termine bestimmen unser Leben, Vorschriften die Qualit\u00e4t unseres Schaffens, sorgen am\u00a0Abend f\u00fcr das Wohlbefinden, wenn wir stolz auf das Tagewerk blicken und uns alle gesund\u00a0am Abendbrot-Tisch wiedersehen.<\/span><\/p>\n

Dann erf\u00fcllt sich die Mystik des Lebens in Ganzheitlichkeit, wenn man Teil eines Ganzen sein darf.<\/span><\/p>\n

Auch und ganz speziell deswegen wurde ich zum Diplom-Brotsommelier, engagiere ich mich f\u00fcr Pr\u00e4vention im Alltag\u00a0und unterst\u00fctze gemeinn\u00fctzige Projekte, die mich gl\u00fccklich machen, wenn Kinder l\u00e4cheln.<\/span><\/p>\n
